I strive to provide friendly, professional service, creating a beautiful, well fitted custom slipcover for your home. To help me achieve this, I have created the following policies when using COM. This policy is designed to benefit both you and me. It helps you by outlining your responsibilities when providing your own materials, and it outlines the conditions under which I will accept COM.

When providing your own materials, keep these following points in mind.

1) Fabric Content/Weight
* 100% cotton works best. If the fabric content is mixed, the higher the cotton content, the better.

*A weight of 8-10 oz per yard is most desirable for slipcovers. No thin, lightweight fabrics or heavy upholstery fabrics.

2) Fabric Quality
* inspect your fabrics//trims before purchasing.

3) Folded Fabrics
* fabrics should be on a tube. Folded fabrics can have permanent creases or wrinkles and WILL require an additional pressing fee.

4) Fabrics I will not accept
* upholstery weight fabrics
* polyester and rayon fabrics
* micro suede

5) Right of Refusal
* I reserve the right to refuse to work with materials that will not allow me to uphold my quality standards. If I find this to be the case, I will advise you and suggest alternative materials for your project.
