Mala is a word from the Sanskrit language of ancient India and Nepal, which translates to "garland" in English.  Mala's have been used by yogis for thousands of years for meditation.
All our Mala's are carefully hand-knotted here in Bermuda using a variety of semi-precious stone and silver beads, Tibetan silver Buddha bead,  each having their own particular vibrations and healing properties. 
Inspired by Bermuda's pink sands and turquoise waters, they are not just beautiful accessories but will channel positive energy and promote calming, grounding and well-being.
